PREPPING FOR THE PHOTO SHOOT
Before we turn up at your property we recommend the following:
Exterior
* Manicure the yard
* Put cushions on garden furniture
* Make sure all lights are on
* Stow away (pool) toys
* Have pool cleaned, uncover pool, switch on lights
* Remove and stow away pool maintenance tools
* Replace burned out light bulbs
* Remove all vehicles from driveway or in front of the house – close garage doors
* Remove rubbish bins

Interior
* Remove all kitchen-cleaning supplies (soaps, brushes, etc.) from sinks and countertops.
* Remove all personal toiletries (soaps, shampoos, makeup, etc.) from bathroom tubs, showers, and countertops.
* Declutter and remove all personally identifiable objects
* Hide electrical wires/extension cords
* Hide pet accessories
* Remove dressing gowns and towels from the back of doors
* Have clean pressed towels hanging neatly on towel rails
* Remove items from under the bed if they show up in photos
* Remove magazines, mail and newspapers
* Empty tables and straighten chairs
* Clear kitchen worktops
* Remove fridge magnets, photos, etc
* Make sure beds are made neatly
* Straighten sofa cushions

If you don’t have the space to properly tidy up, use boxes to store the items in for the duration of the photo shoot.
